Santa Claus and the Tokyo Shift A cold night on the 26th of December, Santa, master of Christmas and Santa Village, felt exhausted. After a long year of preparations and Christmas, he and his helpers thought a vacation was long overdue. Santa needed a short break to regain his inspiration for the coming year. And he knew just the place – Tokyo. Here’s a copy of his itinerary one of his elves managed to get a hold of.
Friday Morning: Arrival Arrival in Tokyo, greeted by Hoteiosho (my Japanese version). We’ll share stories about the latest in tech and holiday cheer. I plan to ask Hoteiosho if he’s discovered any “hidden gems” of late. Lunch: Sushi at Jiro Reservation at the renowned Jiro Sushi. Even in the far north, Jiro’s sushi is celebrated, and I look forward to new culinary ideas for the elves. Ingredients to try: Fire mushroom, Bass, Marlin and Rice balls. Afternoon: Hoteiosho’s Factory Santa visits Hoteiosho’s mechanical factory in Akihabara, where robotic helpers are being developed. There, he’ll see constructs, worker golems, that could help speed up tasks back at the North Pole.
Saturday Morning: Akihabara In Akihabara, we will check out the arcade halls to see what the kids are playing these days. If any games are as challenging as quests, and if they might inspire an elf competition with loot rewards. Afternoon: Sleigh Riding Off to Mount Fuji to try the famous sleigh rides. I hope to find enchanted sleighs with upgrades, like magical speed boosts or invincibility, to enhance the deliveries.
Sunday Relax in a Japanese Sento The trip ends with a visit to a traditional Sento. After a long year, a relaxing soak will recharge my energy, much like a potion. Flight home at 22:00, then onto next christmas!

Dear Santa,
Another year of work, spreading joy and magic across Tibia—you’ve truly outdone yourself! Watching your dedication, I knew you needed something extraordinary this time. So, I’ve planned a vacation for you to the archipelago of Marapur!
You’ll begin your adventure in Silvertides, the coastal Naga settlement. Picture paths of giant lily pads floating over sparkling waters, leading to their beautiful towers adorned with serpentine motifs. While I was there, I met Timira—you know, the Naga with three heads. She gave me a tour of their marsh gas lamps, which glow like stars at night, and shared some of their famous Starleaf tea. She’s already looking forward to welcoming you herself!
From Silvertides, you’ll head to the Emerald Gardens, a breathtaking expanse of vibrant flowers and rare plants. The Nagas here tend the magical Starleaf with incredible care. They even let me try harvesting some—though Timira’s middle head teased me for being clumsy! I’ve arranged for you to see it all and enjoy their delicious Starleaf-infused dishes.
For adventure, you’ll wander through the Murmuring Wilderness, where the air hums with the life of the forest. Afterward, you’ll glide across the Sparkling Lagoon in a driftwood boat, where the crystal-clear water reflects the skies so perfectly, it feels like sailing through a dream.
The Stardance Mountains are a must-see—rising majestically with views that left even Timira’s usually calm left head speechless. She joked the clouds looked like frosting, though her right head insisted they looked more like marshmallows. You’ll end your journey in Moonfall, joining the peaceful Invocation ceremony under the stars—a perfect moment to reflect and recharge.
Santa, everything is financed by the Venorean bank. You will spend one day in each of these locations. Now it’s your turn to relax!

A hidden paradise called Peg Leg Caribbean! Also known as Tibian Caribbean, Meriana Island is an excellent beach destination for those looking for a more private vacation and a little-known place. Only those who know the password can be taken to the island. The place offers several options for tours on paradisiacal islands, pirate cultural activities, shamanic encounters and typical tropical cuisine.
The island has a “foot in the sand” facility, built on rocks, which pays homage to the city of Kazordoon and accommodates up to 3 people. It is the perfect place to relax and has a pleasant view of the other islands, in addition to being bathed by the sea.
Among the attractions, you may be lucky enough to witness one of the most beautiful natural phenomena in Tibian lands, popularly called Flamingocalypse.
Trip: Meriana Island
Accommodation: The Yeah Beach Project, 1st floor
Dates: January 2nd to 5th

After working all year giving gifts to hundreds of children, Santa Claus unwinds on a holiday vacation. This year, he chose the mystical island of Candia, where everything-from candy landscapes to fairy priestess-is magical enough to relax, adventure, and festive fun bring him to recharge once again.
This holiday lasts seven days for Santa. So the first hundred-day walk ends with a soothing stroll in the Candy Cane Forest. A place fragrant with peppermint from candy canes-the perfect spot for Santa to muse about his happiness under the beautiful scenery of the island.
Santa takes a heavy rest in his licorice raft on the Chocolate River that drifts on the second day while being treated to Peppermint Falls and tastes some local chocolate. This serene adventure is what he requires to unwind.
The week of Santa ends on day three with the annual Carnival of Candia: music, laughter, and a burst of vibrant colors from the costumes. He participates in the Sugar Rush Race, cheering on racers through candy obstacles, and then he judges the Sweetest Costume Contest, where he is really amazed by the locals’ creativity.
On the fourth day, he, at a Gingerbread Village, traded construction ideas with candy artisans while enjoying tasting fresh gingerbread and fudge and picking trade secrets for next year’s toys. The next day, he meets the Sugar Plum Fairy in Candia, sharing stories and laughter, and treasures a special photo with her.
Santa visits the glowing Cocoa Caves before ending his holiday. These are magical caverns made up of cocoa crystals. An awe-inspiring experience for him, as he would collect some crystals as memorabilia for his helpers. In the end, he would spend his day at Frosty’s Ice Cream Cove tasting magical ice creams with a view of candy-coated waves fading at sunset
